Detox tea after Christmas

A quick and easy thee to prepare after these heavy meals we enjoyed the past days!
In a cup, put 2 star anise, 2 cloves, 1 cardamon seeds (only the black seeds inside) and a pinch of cinnamon. Add boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.

After this time, take out the grains and add 100 ml of lemon juice and 1 tbs. of honey. Stir and drink!
The spices will help your digestion for one side and the lemon is a natural stimulation for your kidneys.
You can drink it after each meal, and all the times you want. It will help your digestion and make you feel lighter!
