Strawberry birthday cake

This is an inspired cake in 3 layers and fresh strawberries I made this year for my friends. I am totally crazy about it and I really want to share this recipe with you in order you can also cook it for your beloved! This is like a piece of heaven! And it is not complicated to make!!!!!

1/ Ingredients for the chocolate basis:
- 4 eggs whites and yolks separated
- 30 grs. wheat flour
- 80 grs.maizena
- 30 grs. pure cocoa powder
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 200 grs. of sugar

Mix together the yolks and sugar till it gets whiter and smooth. Add the powder mixed together. Whisk the white eggs till they are stiff and then delicately, mix them to the dough. Be careful to not break the airy whites. Pour the dough in a buttered mold and put in the oven at 200ÂșC for 20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.

2/ Ingredients for the pistachios paste:
-  150 grs. pistachio (not salted!)
- 150 grs. amaretto syrup

Just mix it together till you get a smooth paste. Place it in the fridge in order it gets cool and thicker.

3/ Ingredients for the mascarpone cream:
- 250 grs. of whipped cream
- 100 grs. of mascarpone
- 250 grs. of strawberries

Mix the mascarpone to get it smoother and then add little by little the whipped cream, delicately in order to keep the airy texture of it.

Place the chocolate cake on a tray. Spread the pistachio paste on top, and then the mascarpone cream. Finally put the strawberries on top. Keep it in the fridge till you serve! I really love the different textures and taste,... the pistachio flavor is just amazing!
