Fall Crumble

This is a very simple, quick and easy crumble that will warm up your afternoon break on a rainy fall day! Feel free to change fruits and experiment as I always encourage you and share your own creation with us!
As usual, it is sugar free, dairy free and gluten free in order we all can enjoy it!

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- 1 handful of butternut cut in small pieces
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 100 gr. of peanut butter
- 100 gr. of oats
- 1 tsp of orange peel
- 2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of ground cardamon
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. of ginger powder
- 4 tbsp. of maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 gr. of almond or coconut meal

Turn on the oven to 180C.

1/ Peel and cut in  pieces the apples and pears. Place them in a large baking tray. Add the pieces of butternut.
Option: you can also add some chestnuts

2/ Pour some lemon juice on top of the fruits and then sprinkle cinnamon on top. Finally, pour 3 tbsp. of maple syrup.

3/ In a blender, first put the oats and orange peel. Blend till you get a kind of flour.

4/ In a bowl, mix together with your fingers the oat flour with orange peel, the spices, the coconut meal and the peanut butter, till you get the crumbly dough.

5/ Pour the crumble on top of the fruits, and put in the oven for 30 minutes. When the top is golden, it is ready! Let it cool, and serve either lukewarm with a vanilla nice cream or cold with some thick fat yogurt!
