Moscatel Zuleta with Torta del Casar

Delgado Zuleta Moscatel, is also a dark amber color, really brilliant!

You find the typical aromas of moscatel grapes, sweet fruits, apricot, raisin.

The match chosen was Torta del Casar, one of my favorite Spanish cheese. It’s a sheep milk cheese, coming from Extremadura, with a quite liquid texture. It’s matured for 35 days, so you can find intense taste, but the so creamy texture turns it in a soft and wonderful cheese!

The match was really a hit, and I enjoyed a lot, having all these flavors and texture all together!
