On a touristic visit in Gent, this weekend, we found our way to an very tasty and traditionnal cuisine in the heart of the city!
I tried a typical dish from the region Waterzoi with chicken,.... yummy, yummy!!!! It's a very simple stew made with boiled chicken, leek and celery and served with its broth seasonned with cream and butter,... It's not light, that's right, but it is really worthy to taste it!!!!
I actually loved it!
