Stephi's curry lentils´s soup

With temperatures going lower than -10ºC in all Europe, the weekend looks like to be cocooning at home next to the fireplace!
A bunch of friends is coming tonight for a workshop and dinner, and this morning I just made a big pot of my special curry lentils' soup!
This is perfect to warm up body and soul!

I give you here the recipe and let you try!

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon grass
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 fresh chili
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 1 celery stick
- 250 grs of broccoli
- 500 grs of red lentils
- curry, salt and pepper

In a big pot, I put together all the ingredients cut in small pieces, cover with water and cook during 30 min at medium heat.
I add the salt, pepper and curry 10 min. before the end.

You can serve it with a little bit of olive oil, lime juice, fresh sliced lemon grass and coriander.

The warmth of the curry spices and the freshness of the lemon grass, lime and coriander, turns it into a perfect dish for a cold winter evening! You will feel much better after it!!!!
