This Italian restaurant opened for some month, is located a little bit out of the centre of Haarlem, but it is a place where to stop.
The place is nicely decorated, but a little bit unpersonalized. The long room neat looks quite empty and dark. I discovered at the back a small patio with some tables outside, with the same feeling, something cold and unpersonalized.

The menu looks quite original, and I decide to try a beetroot risotto with a roasted red mullet fillet.. The strong pink color of the risotto was quite impressive! Really loved it. Now, in my opinion, the risotto was not enough creamy,...
For main dish, I try the stewed lamb. Well cooked and nicely presented it was really nice.
For dessert, I choose the dessert of the day, un semifreddo con almendras y caramel,... absolutely delicious,...
