Gluten, dairy and sugar free red fruits clafoutis

Clafoutis is a delicious and easy dessert you can find in France during the summer. I already posted a recipe on the blog, and I let you discover it here if you did not read it yet: How to make a Cherry Clafoutis

Today, I want to propose you a gluten free version and open this delicious dessert to all my coeliac friends!
I also chose to make it with a mix a red fruits I had available at home to show you you really can make with a lot of different fruits!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

- 500 gr. of red fruits, here we have grapes, blueberries, strawberries and cherries
- 2 tbsp. of corn starch
- 7 tbsp. of almond meal
- 4 eggs
- 300 gr. of almond, oats or coconut milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. /50 gr. of honey

Turn on the oven to 180C.

1/ Wash and prepare the fruits, take out the pit or stone if needed.

2/ Lay the fruits into a baking tray and sprinkle 2 tbsp. of almond meal on top.

3/ In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients starting with the eggs and corn starch, rest of the almond meal, salt and honey. Once well mixed, add the milk slowly, while stirring till you get a smooth batter.

4/ Pour the batter on top of the fruits and place in the oven for 30 minutes, till the it is cooked.

5/ Serve cold with some ice cream of whipped cream,... I also have it for breakfast! It is simple and the mix of the fruits really turns it delicious and surprising!
