Or do you love cooking and would like to learn new recipes from France, Spain, Italy, but also Morocco, Japan, China, or for  a special occasion: romantic dinner, Christmas, Eastern,...

Why don´t you come to one of my workshops?

Join a group of expats or bring your friends, choose a topic, and have fun learning, and eating delicious food! 

This is a short list of some of the workshops available:

  • SWEET AND DESSERTS I: chocolate mousse, pear tart, floating island 
  • SWEET AND DESSERTS II: Strawberries Charlotte, Tuiles aux amandes (almond cookies), chocolate coulant

  • SPANISH TAPAS PARTY: gambas al ajillo, albondigas (meat balls), tortilla, sangria, pan tumaca; includes the degustation of other typical Spanish foods
  • MILANO MENU: risotto milanese, escalope milanese, panna cotta
  • GENOVA MENU: ligurian Chicken, polenta, tiramisu
  • ROMA MENU: saltimbocca, gnocchis, rucola salad

  • CHEESE MENU: Camembert, roulés au comté, pear and roquefort gratin
  • BISTROT MENU: salade paysanne, tournedos rossini, floating island 
  • FRENCH TRADITION MENU: mimosa eggs, veal blanquette, chocolate mousse
  • PROVENCAL MENU: ratatouille, petit farcis, apricot tatin tart

  • CHRISTMAS MENU: Chicken liver mousse, Chicken rolls, dauphinois gratin
  • CHRISTMAS COOKIES AND TREATS: truffles, Christmas cookies, chocolate coated fruits

Every workshop lasts 3h and includes cooking, tips, additional information about products, a degustation of the meal prepared and a comprehensive booklet with all the recipes and tips.
