Yesterday, we prepared an easy and delicious dish! Dorado baked in the oven with potatoes!!!!
In a baking tray, I put thin slices of potatoes, onion, and green bell pepper, salt and pepper.
On the top, I put 2 nice dorados filled with some celery, garlic, salt and pepper, and a couple of lemon slices. Some laurel leaves, a little bit of olive oil on the fish, and 30 min in the oven at 200 Cº!
It’s quite impressive, you have guests, and impossible to miss!
