Green Tea Jelly
This is my agar-agar tribute to the Japanese sweets!
Boil some water and add some Matcha green tea and sugar as you like. When it´s boiling, pour the agar-agar powder and stir for 1 minute.
Then take it off the heat and let it cool.
Put it in small cups and or a long tray and make a 2cm thick layer. Let it cool in the fridge.
In 30 minutes, it will be already firm and ready to eat! Enjoy your green tea jelly with some Japanese red beans puree or some strawberry jam.
You can make another layer of coconut jelly and add it on the top when the first one is already firm. You follow exactly the same process. Boil the same quantity of coconut milk as you did for the green tea. Add some sugar and do the same as for the green tea.
If you put your jellies in a tray, then, when they are ready, you can cut squares and serve with strawberry jam, or a mango puree,....
