Red Wine Tasting, Discover the flavours!

After the big success of the white wine tasting that I did with several groups in Haarlem and Rotterdam, I would like to bring you a step further and discover red wines!

On the same model than earlier, this wine tasting will invite us to travel through our senses and the world wine regions to try Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Syrah/Shyraz!

Place: Haarlem Centrum, tbc.
Dates: 
-Sat. 17th September
-Sat. 1th October

Schedule: from 16h00 till 19h00

Wine tasting content:
- Flavor discovery (theory and practice)
- Wine tasting basis (theory)
- Wine tasting of 4 wines (practice)
- Food pairing tips and tasting with each wine

You will receive a booklet with all the information learned during the tasting as well as food pairing tips and full details about the wines tasted.

Price per person: 35 Euros

I really enjoyed my evening with Stephanie. I know a tiny bit about wine tasting, but she addressed some holes in my basic knowledge, so now I feel more confident. Pairing the wines with food was the real highlight of this tasting, as it gave an added dimension to the experience. The group was multi-cultural, so it was also very pleasant to chat and share the evening with interesting people.
