My friend Marina was insisting for a week to go to this bar and try it! We finally said yes and decided to go on Saturday for lunch.
The main reason why we did not want to go there, was because this bar was in the Vallecas district of Madrid, quite far away from the centre of the city.

Now, I have to say thank you Marina!!!! This was a great recommendation!!!!!

The name of the bar means the beer girl! This is a place where you can have a very good beer! Well kept and served; fresh and foamy,... lovely!

We ordered some tapas to go with the beer, and chose very original but tasty tapas:

- Leek salad with ancient mustard dressing
- Baby broad beans with homemade tomato sauce and fried quails eggs
- Grilled goat cheese with caramelized red endives

It was delicious! The waiters were nice and cared a lot! We really had a nice lunch!
