I am a French national who has traveled extensively, meeting diverse gastronomies, products and chefs. I lived in Madrid for several years, gaining experience working in the Serrano ham, cheese and wine industries. I am passionate about food, wines and cooking, and through my blog appetitvoyage.com I help people learn more about enjoying food and wines.

I'm born in 1977 in Bourg-en-Bresse, a small French city located between Lyon and Geneva, surrounded by the most famous vineyards of France: Bourgogne, Beaujolais, Savoy, Côtes du Rhône,…
My parents transmitted me the taste and love for the good food and wines.

I studied in Sup de Co Montpellier and start to travel in Europe: UK, the Netherlands, Spain.
I got specialized in International Business of Wines, and went out with my Master diploma in 2000.
I first worked for the wine industry in France, and decide to go back to Spain, the country I really fell in love.
For the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español, I promoted the Serrano hams on the international markets during 8 years, when I traveled all over the world, met the biggest chefs and discover Gastronomy.

Back to the Netherlands for personal reasons, I decided I wanted to teach Dutch people about good food, wines and share all my experience and knowledge gathered during more than a decade, to people eager and willing to learn. I lived in Haarlem sharing my time between the expat community and wine tasting and cooking workshops.

Today, I am based in Lyon, close to my roots and the most bubbling gastronomic community ever!
