Manzanilla Clásica San León with Crema Acida Carrat
This is a classical Manzanilla, from 100% Palomino Fino grapes and organic made with flower veil. It comes from Bodegas Argüeso in San Lúcar de Barrameda.
It’s fresh and vivid, with the typical aromas of sea salt and nuts. It’s all Andalusia in one glass!
The cheese chosen to match with was a goat creamy cheese, matured for 7 days with a beautiful grey-blue rind , that’s remembered me the French Chavignol’s crottin, but with an extremely creamy texture that was really wonderful. The taste was pretty strong but the soft texture was giving a perfect balance of flavors.
