An easy and creative way to prepare chocolates!!!!
Ingredients:

- dried fruits as figs, plums, dates, etc....
1/ In a pot a really low temperature, warm together the chocolate in pieces with the butter. Stir still the mix is really melted and shiny.
2/ Then on a silicon tray or oven paper, put one teaspoon of chocolate, spreading it in circle with the back of the spoon.
2/ Then on a silicon tray or oven paper, put one teaspoon of chocolate, spreading it in circle with the back of the spoon.
3/ Then put on every circle, 1 nut, 1 almond, 1 pistachio, 1 hazelnut. Then let it cool in a cool place,.. do not put in the fridge, otherwise, the chocolate will get whitey.
You can imagine all kind of combination of nuts, thing also in small sweets,... for example, this year I did some mendiers with praline. It's a French specialty of pink sugar coated almonds. For the mendier, I broke them in pieces,... It's a different and funny mendier! Usually, people love it!
Another mendier, who is really fancy is black and white one,... topping with white chocolate drops and white almond,... they're fun and delicious!!!!
For the coated fruits, it's as simple as take the fruit you choose and coat it in the chocolate,... For me, it will be tiny figs,... I love the mix of chocolate and fig!!!!
I made also a couple of strawberries and kiwis. I bought in Hong Kong this fancy dried fruits and I just coat half of the sweet dried fruit,... the mix of chocolate, green kiwi and red strawberry colour, is just attractive,... the strawberry is a real hit!
Ok, here you have a lot of ideas, but I'm sure you do better!!!! Let me know what you tried and imagine! It's always great to share ideas!!!!
To preserve it, place it in a vacuumed box in a cool place for some weeks!
