Home made nougatine!



Christmas means to me, sweets and chocolates you can offer to your friends and family or just to go with a tea or coffee!



As I like quick and yummy things, as you know, I imagine this nougatine which is also very healthy during winter!




In a baking tray, put muesli, hazelnuts, nuts and almonds in order to cover the tray.
Grill it in the oven 10 minutes at 210ÂșC. When all the nuts are golden, add some caramel in the tray, and put it again 10 minutes. When the caramel turned a beautiful brown colour, stop the oven and take off the tray to let it cool.
The caramel just goes hard and so you can just break it in small pieces.

If you’re a sweet tooth, you can cover half of the pieces with chocolate!
