I hope that this day will be full of love, peace and gourmet meals!!!!
In France, we are used to celebrate christmas in family having first smoked salmon and foie gras, then the traditionnal "dinde de noel" turkey, capon or other fine poulrty served with chestnuts, and finish with the "buche de noel" a special roll cake decorated as if it were a piece of wood....
