Vietnamese Wontons

You can find them ready to eat or to fry and we never could get the stuffing recipe,...
Anyway, in this case, it's really helpful to buy some ready Wontons. You easily find them in the frozen section in an Asian supermarket.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 8 Wontons
- coconut oil
- 1/4 onion
- 3 green beans
- 20 gr. of pork
- 1/4 of pineapple
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 black Chinese mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
- pepper, sugar and salt

1/ First deep fry the Wontons in coconut oil, reserve them in a warm plate with kitchen paper.
2/ Cut the pork thinly and mix it with the crushed garlic, 2 pinches of pepper, 1 pinch of sugar and salt.
3/ In a fried pan, put 3 tbsp. of coconut oil, add finely sliced onions, beans and pork mixture. Stir for a couple of minutes and reserve.

4/ Cut the pineapple and tomatoes in small dices. In the same pan as before, squeeze the pineapple dices with your hands into the pan, and then put the dices as well as the tomatoes and the sliced mushrooms. Mix and it is ready!
Serve the Wontons with this sauce on the top right away! you will see it is delicious, simple and surprising! Enjoy!
