Asian soup

After all this excess, I just dream about Japanese cuisine, refined, delicate, healthy and light!
Yesterday night, I just came with this soup that was really good!

Let me give you the tip!

For 4 persons, you need:

  • 200 grs of fresh mixed vegetables (soy sprouts, mushroom, leek, sugar beans, carrot)
  •  1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 grs of shrimps (cooked and peeled)
  •  2 tbs. of soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. of Teriyaki sauce
  •  100 grs of noodles
  • ½ vegetable broth cube
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 tbs. of olive oil or sesame oil

In a pan, put the oil the onion and garlic slices and vegetables roughly sliced with strong heat and stir constantly. After 5 minutes, add the shrimps and the soy sauce as well as the teriyaki sauce. Keep stirring 2 minutes and add 1.5 L of water with the broth, ginger powder, salt and pepper.

When the soup is boiling, I add 100 grs of noodles in the soup. After 5 minutes, move the noodles to make sure that the noodles do not stick together. Stop the heat, check salt and pepper, and let it 5 minutes covered.
Serve with fresh coriander on the top and propose some soy sauce and lemon juice for seasoning.
