Sopa is another jewel, hidden in Madrid. Between the Auditorio Nacional and the Berlin Parc, stop to this organic shop, buy some handmade jewel or have a bio sandwich!
The place is not really big, and though it is shared in 3 businesses, each one supporting the other one!
Actually I went for lunch, and I came back with 2 beautiful pairs of earrings,… because I could not spend more money!
The bar is small and the choice is limited, but you don´t need much more! You can choose among 3 soups, 3 dishes and then some salads and sandwiches. The food is vegetarian, home made, and my option of grilled aubergine and red bell peppers with an almond paste was really nice! Tasty, cheap and healthy! You seat on the common table with your bio tray, wait for your food, kindly served by 3 beautiful persons, and you feel like at home, except that it far away better!
