Chocolate and nuts brownies
Brownies by Appetit Voyage |
Another quick, easy and deliciously healthy to bake for a chocolate and nuts treat! All the gooey and decadent taste of the brownie without any guilt! I just love it! As usual, the recipe is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free!
Ingredients for 1 batch:
- 1/3 cup of raw unsweetened cacao
- 1/4 cup of almond meal
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. of coconut oil
-1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. baking of soda
- 1/4 cup of non dairy milk, I used a mix of rice and chestnut milk
- 3 tbsp. of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of nuts mix
1/ Turn on the oven to 180C.
2/ In one bowl, put together the dry ingredients: cacao, almond meal, salt, baking soda. Mix well.
3/ On other bowl, gather the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and the milk. Whisk till it is blended.
4/ Pour the liquid mixture on the dry ingredients and stir till you get a smooth and well mixed batter.
5/ On tray going to the oven, pour the mixture. I use a silicon mold, so I do not need to add any other oil in the mold before. Sprinkle the nuts on top and press them softly into the batter.
6/ Cook for 20 minutes. Let it cool and keep in an airtight box for 2 weeks max.
7/ It is so delicious, and totally guilt free! It is like having a special treat every time! I really love it!
